Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation
This policy applies to all purchases made from www.thebrandhannah.com.au online store (official website).
Returns are only accepted for online purchases within 7 days of receiving the order, if the package is unopened in the original packaging/ satchel.
For any return, all shipping charges for sending the package back to the company and subsequent shipping to the customer will be incurred by the customer.
Order must be returned unopened in the original packaging (address label and tape not ripped or tampered in any way) / satchel (no tears or signs of opening on the satchel).
When the package exceeds the collection period at the local post office it will be returned to the sender. In this case, a charge of $10 (Australia Post Return to Sender fee) + postage will be invoiced to the customer in order to organise a redelivery. Redelivery with a new tracking number will be provided upon receiving the package back to The Brand hannah Australia HQ and the above charges are settled by the customer.
There is no return, exchange, and refund where there is a change of mind about the products or incorrect sizes were purchased from The Brand hannah Australia. Please refer to FAQ and product descriptions for size information.
There is no return, exchange, and refund for any purchase including sale items of hannahPAD cloth liners and pads, hannahCUP menstrual cups, and hannahMASK reusable face mask products due to the nature of the products and hygiene reasons; excluding manufacturing defects and all remedies provided by your state or territory.
If your item is damaged/ faulty or you believe the product is incorrect somehow please contact us via email email@example.com immediately. There is no return, exchange, and refund on natural wear and tear or for damages caused post purchase.
Cancellation of an order can be done anytime prior to your order being sent out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, we do not accept cancellation of orders.
The best way for us to be notified of the cancellation is by emailing us directly so we'll have an official record of your enquiry and get back to you with confirmation as soon as we can.
Please DO NOT send private messages via social media on matters regarding the cancellation of your order. We, however; will always reply to emails as soon as we can.
The Brand hannah Australia will not be responsible for orders where cancellation was not communicated immediately via email or phone before order dispatch.
Refund for a cancelled order will be processed on the day of cancellation.
Refund via PayPal will be less any transaction fees not refunded by PayPal.
The manufacturing warranty against any defect is for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. All shipping costs will be incurred by the company once it is established that the item is defective due to materials and/ or workmanship.
This warranty excludes damages as a result of natural wear and tear, improper handling, accident, or other causes post purchase that are not defects in materials and/or workmanship.
If an item is purchased from a retail store or online retailer other than our company’s official website, you must deal directly with the seller for any exchange, refund, or cancellation. Please be advised that the retailer’s policy will override our policy.
Purchasing through a sale promotion period:
- Discounts apply to certain products specified during the promotional period excluding Tester.
- Discount is applied as instructed with a unique code, is automatically applied, or already marked down at checkout before completing the order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined and all other promo codes are not valid during the sale promotion period.
- No refund, return, exchange, and rain check on discounted items during a sale promotion period once purchased.
Discount codes not utilised for a transaction have a grace period of 24 hours to be claimed. Discount code claims requested after this 24 hour period will not be considered. Discounts requested within the 24 hour period will be applied as a credit for your next purchase. Claims will only be accepted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and not by any other means.
